Messrs. Charles J.S Ah Lan has graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce. He attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Leo Cussen Institute. He is admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor under The Legal Practice Act 2004 (Cth) to The Supreme Court of Victoria, The Federal Court of Australia and The High Court of Australia.

He has been a registered practising lawyer for over ten years in all aspects of the law and has a special interest in Commercial matters and Immigration matters. He is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
